iNaturalist is hosting a Bioblitz from April 24th through April 27th of 2020. The City Nature Challenge is a nation wide nature data collection challenge, that takes place on the iNaturalist App and website. Info here: https://citynaturechallenge.org/participate/ The Manitou Springs Pollinator count is being combined with this event to continue the study of all Pollinators in and around the city of Manitou Springs during this hard necessary social distancing time. The Manitou Springs Pollinator count is a baseline requirement on the road towards becoming a certified pollinator district. These counts of all types of pollinators need to be conducted every Spring, Summer and Fall in order to establish the current presence and vitality of their existence in our community. Join us by documenting all the wild species you can find in our Manitou Springs community between April 24th and April 27th.
